Chandragiri Cable Car Day Hike

Chandragiri Cable Car Day Hike short trip to the to the top of the Chandragiri Hills. It is recently opened for the public and became the popular destination in the Kathmandu Valley. It is situated at the altitude of 2540m which lies in the southwest part of the Kathmandu. From the top of the Chandragiri Hill, one can see the 360-degree view of the mountains, Kathmandu valley, and Markhu Village. From there, if the sky is clear then you can see the Langtang Range, Ganesh Himal, Annapurna Range, Manaslu, and Gauri Shankar as well.

It is just a 45 min drive from Kathmandu and it takes around 10 min to reach the top of the Chandragiri on the cable car.  You can either visit Chandragiri on Cable car or hike there to reach the top of the hill.
