  • Day 01:Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400 m). Overnight at a Hotel. Our Jatra Travels representative will pick you up from your location and drop to the hotel in Kathmandu. After the hotel check-in, you have a trip meeting with the company’s tour operator.
  • Day 02:Guided Sightseeing in the Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at a Hotel. Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal, situated in the Kathmandu Valley at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level. The city is known for its rich cultural heritage, ancient temples, and stunning natural beauty. Some of the popular tourist attractions in Kathmandu include:

The trek is moderately challenging, with some uphill sections and steep steps. The trail passes through lush forests, traditional villages, and terraced fields, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and landscapes.Ulleri is a small village situated at an altitude of around 2,070 meters above sea level. Some of the highlights of the trek include:
    • Banthanti: This village is situated along the trail and is a popular rest stop for trekkers. It offers beautiful views of the surrounding forests and mountains.

    • Ghorepani: The final destination of the trek, Ghorepani is a small village situated at an altitude of around 2,850 meters above sea level. It has several tea houses and lodges where trekkers can stay overnight.
  • Day 06:Trek from Ghorepani to Poonhill then trek back to Ghandruk. Overnight at a tea house. After enjoying the views from Poon Hill, trekkers then trek back down to Ghorepani and continue on to Tadapani, which takes around 4-5 hours. From Tadapani, the trek to Ghandruk takes around 3-4 hours. Ghandruk is a traditional Gurung village situated at an altitude of around 2,000 meters above sea level. It is known for its beautiful traditional houses, stone-paved streets, and stunning views of the Annapurna range.Some of the highlights of the trek from Ghorepani to Poon Hill and then back to Ghandruk include:
    • Poon Hill: The highlight of the trek, Poon Hill offers stunning panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks.
    • Rhododendron forests: The trek passes through several forests of rhododendron trees, which are especially beautiful during the spring when they are in bloom.

  • Day 07:Drive from Ghandruk to Pokhara. Overnight at a Pokhara. The drive from Ghandruk to Pokhara is a beautiful journey that takes you through some of the most scenic landscapes in Nepal. It’s a great way to explore the countryside and experience the local culture.
  • Day 08:Drive to Kathmandu by Deluxe Tourist bus. After breakfast at hotel 8oclock drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus. The driving will be a fantastic experience as we will pass many satellite towns on the way. We will be able to see the rural settlements, gushing rivers, terraces and green rural landscapes as well; after 6 hours of drive we will arrive in Kathmandu.
  • Day 09:Transfer to the International Airport for your final departure.
