Lower Mustang Trek is the most popular trek of the Annapurna Region. The trail passes through the deepest gorge of the world at Kaligandaki River. Thorough the Trek, you will be witnessing the massif Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Nilgiri Himal. Similarly, you can enjoy the beautiful Marpha village, caves, lake, centuries old monasteries and so on.
One you reached the Jomsom, things will start get windy. Jomsom is so popular for the windy breeze after 12 Pm. It is like a center point or market of the Muktinath District. After passing the Jomsom, you will reach the Kagbeni which is the entry point of the Upper Mustang. Then, we will head toward the Muktinath temple, from where you can see the amazing view of the Muktinath Valley. Don’t forget to click the picture while trekking from the Jomson to Muktinath. The terrain deserted landscape will surely take the breath out your heart. 🙂
